We feel filling out an application will help us serve you better and save time for each of us as we learn of your lifestyle and preferences. We hope to make the perfect puppy match! If you know an Auburn Hill puppy is for you, fill out the application below and we will start the journey of adopting your puppy together.

Once you have finalized the puppy application, completed an interview, and decided to move forward, you will want to place your deposit down with us. The deposit to reserve a puppy is $500 and will be subtracted from the total price of the puppy. Deposits are nonrefundable most times, but can always be transferred to another puppy.

You will be added to our waitlist in the order that your deposit is received. You'll find the waitlist below. If you would like to be placed on our reservation list, Auburn Hill would be honored and ecstatic to raise your pooton puppy with the upmost care.

Between 4-6 weeks, families will begin to pick out their puppy according the order of the reservation list. We offer Face-Time/Skype and live interaction at our home for when you pick your puppy out. We want to make sure you see their personalities and traits for yourself. We do like to be careful not to expose the puppies to too many in person visits while the puppies immune systems are still developing, therefore, scheduled visits can be planned after 7 weeks. After picking your new bestie, the remaining balance will be due at 8 weeks. You are welcome to come visit before your puppy goes home beginning at 8.5 weeks old. Puppies are not vaccinated and are unprotected until they receive their first booster at 8 weeks. Our highest priority is the health and safety of our pawrents and puppies. Thank you for understanding!
Your cotonpoo puppy will be ready to come home at 10 weeks.

You may pick up your puppy directly from our home. We understand that may not always be doable so we have other options.
- We can meet you at an airport near us. Preferably Moline, IL (MLI) or Cedar Rapids, IA (CID). $150
- Hand delivered to your closest airport by our "flight nanny". We try really hard to be our own "flight nanny" so we can meet you! Contact us for pricing.
- If possible, we can make arrangements to drive and meet you. (price varies with distance)
(Puppies will be transported in a soft-sided airline carrier when flying. Our #1 priority is for the safety of the puppy.)

Our favorite part of raising puppies is seeing the pups and families overjoyed to be with each other. Click below to find great information about bringing your new puppy home like potty training, diet, and crate training.
Payment Information
We accept payments for deposits and remaining balances through personal checks, ApplePay, Venmo, and PayPal.
A $500 deposit is required to be placed on our reservation list and the remaining balance is due at 8 weeks.
For Iowa sales and puppies picked up in Iowa, we are required to collect Iowa sales tax of 7% on the total amount of the puppy. This will be added if applicable.
